I have outlined all my best methods, studied over time, tested on me, and practiced with my clients. I have placed them into a 21-day strategy. These are the ideas I have used to pull myself out of my own darkness, my own sense of defeat. A 30 minute daily commitment is mandatory for beautiful success. This program is all about YOU experiencing success, strengthening your adulthood, and focusing forward, forever. “While my stories may be a cakewalk to some, they are likely a train wreck to others. But the point isn’t to win at trauma; not at all. The point is to have “one last go” with your past, journaling it all out, as I have, for the purpose of strengthening your adulthood, by training yourself to focus forward, forever.”

Course Add-Ons:

I offer an add-on option for either of my courses to include two 50 minute 1:1 virtual therapy sessions to be scheduled at any point during the 21 day course. View course add-on and add to cart here.

Do I have to finish this course in 21 days?
When purchased alone, the course is self-paced and all yours. While it is spread over 21 days, you can pull this up and work on it, learn from it, at your leisure, when the feeling inspires you to do so. The course will not expire after you have purchased it.

Will I be able to ask Beth questions during my coursework?
Yes, absolutely! I will be here via email and message to answer questions for you and help guide you through the course.

If you prefer 1:1 meetings, I do offer a course add-on option to add two 1:1 virtual sessions with Beth during the 21-day course. To find this option, please visit the Shop page and add the add-on to your cart.
What does the coursework look like?
My courses are set up to fit into your life. I only ask that you set aside 30 minutes a day to focus on the course, during which time, you will be answering a specific journal prompt that I have provided.
